Art Mullion’s father came aboard in 1952 as one of the initial partners who took the company from Lee Builder Supply to Regal Home Improvement.
He ran it until the mid-1980s, then sold it to his sons, Art and Glenn.

What Our Written Warranty Terms Actually Cover
Virginia requires every Class A contractor to provide a 1-year workmanship guarantee.
On windows, you get 10 years on labor and lifetime coverage on parts.
On gutters, siding, roofing, and decks, you get 3 years on labor.

We come inspect it, and if the problem traces back to a faulty install on our end, we honor the labor.

Why Manufacturer Certification Changes What You Get
We are GAF certified installers and CertainTeed Shingle Master installers, and that certification is the only reason we can offer you enhanced manufacturer coverage.
For a certified roof, that means the GAF Systems Plus warranty: 50 years, non-prorated, covering both labor and material. Acts of God like a hurricane or a hailstorm are excluded.
A non-certified roofer can only pass along the basic prorated shingle warranty.
It covers the shingles themselves for manufacturing defects. No labor, no underlayment, no flashing.
Roughly 95% of the leaks we get called out to start at skylights, pipe collars, corners, and flashing rather than in the middle of a shingle field.
